Ruined birthday present for 11year old son

Minipocketrocket is a terrible company to buy from. My son received his RX1 pocket bike and had less than 1hr on it before his rear tire blew up!!! After checking the serial numbers on the tire it was discovered the tire was seven years old!!! No one does repairs (not even tire changes) in Louisiana on this bike. All the dealers locally told me they wouldn't touch it because it's a piece of crap!!! I have repeatedly emailed and phoned minipocketrockets.com for service questions, replacement parts such as simple bushings and a new tire, even at my own cost, and cannot get any help at all. Do not do business with these people you will be out multi hundred dollars and ruin what was supposed to be a gift for a child.
