One word, rude. I called several times only to have them hang up on me and tell me to call back later. lucky for me it was 6:00 and they were planning on closing as soon as i hung up. Very unprofessional and foolish if you ask me. Bad business. I also didnt appreciate the constant upward climb of prices. The really rediculous part about the prices is that they claim they are "sales" on there website.
