Their Service advisers always give me a hard time everytime I come and get an oil change, because they want me to go for their expensive services they were offering to me and I always decline. Service Adviser told me I was not the only one who was complaining about the receipt because the receipt does not even have the sales tax amount shows. He told me that's how they do now they just added it from the parts and labor without even seeing the breakdown, just the amount of the service they did. This is a bad business practice they do to their customers, I complained with the service adviser name Tim Richards to their Guest Manager name Peggy Mckay. I hope they will not continue this kind of practice to their customers. I asked Tim Richards when I was inside his office why they don't have the sales tax at least shows on the receipt, he told me that's the way it is now. They just included the sales tax without breaking it out on the receipt or shows, then I got irritated they way he answered me and paid him and left afterwards, then he followed me and I told him again and again that's not correct practice of business for not showing the sales tax on the receipt, then when I got inside my car he told me he will change it, but then I refused because I told him why when I asked you inside your office you did not offer to change the receipt? And he waited for me to get in to my car before offering me to change it and why in the first place he did not do that?
