With any company, issues will arise. This could have and can still be resolved through conversation. Mr. Kish gave us less than six (6) business hours to resolve his complaint before contacting the BBB and other on-line sources. Our company graciously loaned his family a motor at no cost to ensure they had cooling until the OEM motor arrived. Our technicians do not quote parts that are being ordered since they have no knowledge of their cost. This is a simple misunderstanding, we did not purposely attempt to overcharge or defraud Mr. Kish or mislead Mrs. Kish. When speaking with the technician they typically are speaking in terms of "the customer", so I apologize for thinking the entire conversation was with Mr. Kish. We are still more than happy to resolve this issue in a civil manner if Mr. Kish is willing. My contact information is listed above.
