I had this outfit put up an outside awning and replace the main power panel on my home. The awning was done fair - is does have some leaks at a few points where screws were placed to hold the panels in place. Also in a strong wind a portion of the roof panel rattles annoyingly.
The biggest problem was with the power panel and electrical work done. It took a while for the issues to appear. The first issue was one outside electrical receptacle that does not function. The second issue and the worst of the lot were the connections made to the exterior main power lines. They used Romex connectors to attach the power wires to the house. This is not only substandard work it is against code. It caused my house to lose power after the connections corroded from dissimilar metal contact. If I had known they were such a schlock outfit I would have never allowed them to even provide the estimate for the work I had done. I recommend anyone thinking of using this outfit - DON'T - go elsewhere and do the homework that I neglected to do before choosing this "business"?
