I called the store today because I was having problems with the website .. I spoke with the owner Oscar, and he helped me, and told me that I would get an additional 10% discount on my Rolex watch if I ordered from the website .. After trying the website
again, without any luck, Oscar took my information over the phone, and still gave me the 10% discount .. He also told me that even though he services all watches, he was still going to recheck my watch for me before it was shipped .. Oscar (the owner) was
very helpful, and very friendly .. He took all the time I needed and answered all my questions without ever trying to rush me .. I look forward to receiving my Rolex .. I feel confident that the watch will be just as perfect and beautiful as was promised ..
