We have photos of the watch before it was shipped. The watch was new and it was inspected before being shipped. When customer calls he claims he wants refund and we explained that we would surely give him a refund after watch is inspected. We sent RMA and he never sent the watch. The customer calls after a month and we told him that it was too late for a refund because refund policy is 14 days and 45 days had passed ,however we could still repair the watch under our 1 year warranty. He never sent the watch to be repaired either.
