There is a reason this dealership has an F rating with the BBB; because they have ZERO customer service/ service after the sale. We leased a car through MBSB for my father in Colorado (our THIRD car leased from this location). To make a long story short, the car arrived 2 weeks later than promised, the very next day after my dad received the car her received in the mail a PAST DUE BILL, and received four collection calls from MB Financial. Keep in mind this was for a time period when the car WAS NOT EVEN IN HIS POSSESSION. MBSB has done nothing to rectify the situation except make empty promises, and fail to follow up or return phone calls. Finally we contacted MB Corporate offices, whom upon making contact with the dealership was lied to stating that my father was satisfied with his transaction. I will NEVER purchase another car from this dealership and my current Mercedes will NOT be serviced there, as their service department is as worthless as the dealership! We just purchased another vehicle, and it was not a Mercedes due to all of these problems.
