Cancelled my account in March. They continued to ship product. Cancelled my account again June 2, returned product unopened. The company rep said they'd refund my money. They never did. Called company August 20. They have no record of my previous cancellations, won't refund money and will probably keep shipping the stuff and billing my credit card. Their "auto-refill" policy is a scam!
