Dried my skin out

I tried this product and it left my face dry and also left patches of redness. I am in the process of contacting the company now to return. I don't have the original box, so, I'm not quite sure how they will accept my return.
I was (am) still looking for a good product. I'm not expecting miracles, but, I do not expect my face to look worse.
We'll see what happens. I hope it's not going to be a long, drawnout process.
