I ordered the 15 day trail and sent an email 5 days later to cancel any subscription. I have conformation that email was received and have had nothing but trouble trying to get a refund of the 89.00 charge to my credit card. I have spoken to there customer service with who tells me to send an email asking for a refund which I have done several times. Anything claiming FREE is not there is always a catch.
