Scamed me of my money when I paid upfront.

The first time I used Masimo Construction it was great and I saved thousands. But the second time for so little money he scammed me. In December 2013 I paid upfront $600 of what was supposed to be a $1200 roof cleaning and repair of broken shingles. The
workers would spend only a few hours a day pressure cleaning the roof and leave. My wife had to hose off the doors, walls, and walkways every time they left. Finally on the fifth day they came asking for the remaining $600 and they had not even finished pressure
cleaning the roof. I complained with pictures to the owner Brad Pollack and his replay was “that part of the roof is not very visible anyways”. Let him deny that. Then they said it was so dirty that I would need to pay for another cleaning if I wanted it real
clean. So I knew I was in for an uphill battle and tried to be very polite. Then out of nowhere they just left without finishing the roof cleaning, would not answer or return my calls or emails. Now the back roof portion of my home is still black from the
unfinished job. Google how much does a roof cleaning cost and you’ll find $600 is high but in my case they refused to finish the job anyways and just took my money. To make things worst, I complained to the BBB and read his reply stating that "he ran us off
the job" was a complete lie and nothing I did or said could have been misinterpreted that way. I would avoid this company. The owners character and honesty is flawed.
