Wow! I Should have checked the Better Business Bureau before ordering this product online. I am having the same problem as everyone else. I ordered a product and did not receive it. I have e-mailed and left voice mail messages because no one answers their telephone (WONDER WHY). I've decided to call one more time before disputing this with my credit card company. I am on hold as I am writing this and have been for more than an hour and a half. Don't bother calling unless you have a speaker phone. They are going to close before someone answers my call. Even if I get my product, I will NEVER deal with this company ever again.
