I ordered parts on line through Yahoo stores. This company has a very nice website that makes ordering easy. But don't be deceived. I ordered parts on March 3, 2009. My credit card was charged for the parts. I have contacted them by email and left voice mail messages on their customer service line requesting when they will ship the parts with no replies. Looking at their ratings on BBB and on Yahoo Stores it appears that this company doesn't care anything about their customer or reputation. I will be disputing my credit card charges to hopefully resolve this issue. Today, Thursday, I called again during their published business hours and the recording said they were closed. So are the still in business? Was this a Scam? Why does Yahoo Stores allow this site to continue taking orders? Who knows. But I do know that no one needs the hassle and aggravation of dealing with someone who takes your money and then offers no supporting customer service.
