Very disappointed with this company, Feb 4, 09 I ordered parts off the internet, paid with my credit card. Also picked the next day air option and paid $55.00 for freight. Now on Feb.9 ,2009 still no parts. I have tried to call many times, on Feb.6 and today Feb. 9,2009. I have sent an email and also a fax, no response. Finally I got Amanda to answer after being on hold for 45 minutes. I asked her to look into my order, it is on back order, but my credit card was billed for parts not shipped. I told her to cancel my order and refund my money, they should not be able to bill your credit card ahead of time. she said my credit card was not billed, but when I called them this morning it was billed on the 4th, same day I put my order in. I asked for a confirmation by email that my order was cancelled, she said it would take a while. Why.
