I will definitely NOT order anything from this company again. I ordered a clothing item on 11/25/09 and in two weeks I had not received it. I call made in usa and spoke to Todd who told me that it had been out of stock, but it was now in stock again and should be shipped out on 12/11/09. He said I should receive it in a few days. A week later, I still had not received it. I called back on 12/18/09 and was told that they had no item in that size and color. I asked for a refund, which (the one good thing that did happen) was promptly returned to me. I feel as though the communication was terrible because I had to call each time and no one ever emailed or called me to tell me the item was out of stock. I just want all customers to be aware so they don't have to go through this as I did.
