Poor Warranty and Service

We built with M. Christopher in 2012. The building process was great but the warranty process was and continues to be awful. 3.5 years after construction we still have significant open items, some dating to issues from near the original closing date. M Christopher does not stand behind their work and will attempt to use substandard materials and contractors to minimize their warranty obligations.
