I ordered a Palm Tungsten battery on 3/31. My credit card was charged on 3/31. However, it is now 29 days later and still no battery. The company offers no phone number, just an email address. So far, they haven't responded to two emails. There are also reviews of this company on Amazon -- 1 good and 3 bad.
