Very disappointed with this company's customer service. We spent thousands of dollars by purchasing a spa and gazebo from this company. After only two and a half years we're having issues, and apparently our five year warranty is not going to be honored. We've been trying for over three months now to get an acceptable resolution, only to be rejected by the president/CEO of LifeSpas who is denying responsibility. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------In response to Tim CEO LIfespas-How ironic that the president of Lifespas Mr Horwood, makes a point of saying the complaint is not with my spa because the release he wants INCLUDES my spa. In other words , Mr Horwood wants to disclaim all responsibility for everything. Apparently,he has as much faith in his spas as he does in the gazebo he sells-that is none.

Response to Tawnya and Joe of Pflugerville, TX: The issue this customer had was concerning his gazebo, NOT his spa. The issue was regarding a deteriorating wood roof panel. LifeSpas does not warrant gazebos because we neither make nor manufacturer them; the manufacturer warrants the gazebo. The customer’s warranty states that the parts are covered for 6 months by the manufacturer, and the 5-year warranty covers the gazebo’s finish, not its parts.
Despite the warranty being out of date LifeSpas was willing to help the customer with their concern. The customer was unwilling to sign a claims release, so in turn LifeSpas could not help the customer as we had wanted.
