We purchased our spa 6 months ago. Recently a swirling jumbo jet popped off. some little tabs had broke off. We got through to service and we paid $5.61 to return the jet via UPS. Upon receipt they said they would send a replacement. We received a message that they want over $10 to ship the replacement. for over a week we have left several messages to try to get the replacement shipped. No one is ever available so we have left voice messages and messages with the receptionist with promises of a return call shortly. There is no explanation why the freight is so high but tax was mentioned -(there should never be tax on shipping charges).
The service response from this company is terrible, and the inflated charges are an insult.
If you buy from this company you better how you never need to contact them again!
