Liberty Tax Service stinks! I called and asked them for a quote of their services on the phone, and when I got there, they jumped the price up by $130! This was after they had completed my tax return. When I complained about the change, they said there was nothing they could do. I couldn't afford the price change, so I took my tax documents and went to H&R Block for $50 less than the original quote from Liberty Tax Service. I will never go back to Liberty Tax Service... and I will be telling all of my friends and family about the horrible service and fraudulent price quotes. The location is kind of ghetto as well, and the inside of their shop is very cluttered with trinkets and such. Yuck!
