Ive been driving a lexus for a while now, in fact we have had 5 lexus's in the past 20 years and all of them leased or bought from here. Now I can understand the economy is bad but these guys were trying to cheat me into getting a new car. They quoted me one price and when I got there to sign on the dotted line I was surprised by the new price I was about to sign for. Good thing I noticed this, I was furious that these people wasted my time and brought me in to screw me over instead of giving me what was promised and agreed upon. I suggest going to lexus in van nuys because they were much more honest and straightforward. I love the lexus product but this dealership is awful and I had an awful experience.
