Yes, they did help me complete my forms required for my LLC. But I DID NOT KNOW they would continue to intermittently charge me hundreds of dollars over the next 3 years. I contacted them and they were so sorry...but could only refund the last charge which was within the 60 day period. Oh, and they upgraded my charge from $150 to $400 without my authorization. BE CAREFUL USING LEGALZOOM.COM
