I applied for a DBA using their online services, and by calling on the phone. I did talk to a representative on the phone. They quoted me 3-4 weeks for the processing time for my DBA. It has been over 5 weeks, and I still do not have my DBA. Additionally I cannot get anyone on the phone, no one to return my messages OR my e-mails. I cannot get status of anykind.
They are obviously not big on customer service. I'm picturing a total "one man show" working out of his house, part time. Very unsatisfied with communication & time line. Very unhappy with mis-representation of time in the beginning.
