I honestly thought this process was gonna take ages

But in a week's time, my key was shipped to me no problem.
They were out of "A" keys so I hade to be creative and get a "4$" key (The 4 looks like an A and the $ reminds me of how much a singular key is), but otherwise Mary was relatively quick to respond and confirm everything.
I see some reviews on here saying "scam," "horrible service," or "took forever." There are answers to all three of those
Scam - be sure you're using Laptopkey.com and not LaptopKeys.com. that may be the problem
Horrible service and taking forever - consider days off, holidays, business hours and such. Some could line up out of your favor. Mistakes are bound to happen.
In the end, I got the key, tip-top quality with all parts in a zip up bag and envelope.
