I would highly recommend Koyal to any bride or party planner! I read some pretty horrible reviews on Koyal but decided to try it out for myself. I ordered 24 Eiffel tower vases, 6 bolts of organza, purple accent lights, and a few other odds and ends. I was a little nervous since it was a pretty big order. To my delight I received everything I ordered within 6 days, and I could not be happier. Everything is in perfect shape and my order was complete.
I also had great customer service with an online chat rep named Ashley. I asked her to make sure nothing I ordered was on back order. And when I did she let me know that they only had two cases of my vases left and that she would hold them just for me! She also gave me a great discount code to get me 20% off! She kept up her end of the deal and I got them with absolutely no problem. She was great.
I also ordered to rolls of jute string, and Ashley gave me a call personally the next day stating that they only had one left! I was a little sad but they sent me the one they had left, and credited my account back within the hour for the other one.
Its important to remember that with a company this big there will always be mistakes, but I'm lucky to have had a wonderful experience with Koyal Wholesale. And I'm sure that I will be ordering again before my wedding next June! (:
