I placed an order with Koyal back in March,2011. I order tall cylinder vase along with rectangle vase and candle holders. I was told that the Cylinder vase would be on back order, which was fine, I was told again that they were on back order, still fine I still had 2 more months until the wedding. I waited until the day they said they were available and called customer service. I was then told that the were don back order AGAIN. I asked when was someone going to call me, all they can say is sorry. I was then told that they had a similar vase with a greater quantity but I would have to pay the difference and there would be no compensation. Long story short I had to cancel that part of my order. I continue to wait for the rest of my order which was the candle holders and they never came. After i finally got someone on the phone they tell me the candle holders were discontinued, once again I asked why didn't I get a call, all they could say is sorry. They again offered me a similar product that was bigger and again they wanted me to pay the difference which I was not going to do. Eventually they offered me 20% my order and I said ok. I received a call saying they fund my original order and they would ship them out at 10 % off. I HAVE BEEN WAITING TWO WEEKS NOW AND MY WEDDING IS IN 2 WEEKS. AND OF COURSE I CAN NOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delay that the customer experienced during the entire order process. We spoke to the customer, offered an additional discount and fulfilled the agreed upon product quantity.
