We placed an order with Gerrod Knight (Owner) in mid November of 2010. The estimated time to get the job done was 5-6 weeks. We gave a $3,000 deposit and it's now June 2011, still now blinds. That's half a year and still no delivery of goods. Mr. Knight is truly a poor excuse for a business man. He's always full of excuses and he straight up has lies to his customers. I have no idea how this guy is still in business. It seems like he takes people's deposits and takes forever to deliver services or never at all. Please do not be taken by his low prices. You'll end up paying for it in the end. There's no doubt in my mind I will have to take this man to court to recover my deposit. Do not do business with this man!!!!
