DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If you ever want to cancel you can forget it because you are stuck. First of all they will try to entice you with all of these additional offers. Finally, when you do cancel, your credit card will continue to get charged.
They will not refund your money and if you choose to cancel, you will lose your "credit" (your money). They will continue to read from their terms of service agreement to you and when you repeatedly tell them that you have cancelled the account five months
ago they will not listen. I am at a crossroads here. I just want the $200.00 back that was stolen from me over the past five months that I thought my account was closed. I want no more merchandise from this company. It's cheap and the quality is highly misrepresented.
Seriously, if high end fashion consultants have lowered themselves to this level of quality then obviously they are just very desperate for a job. I have contacted the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Affairs in hopes that I will get my money back
and that this company will be forced to change their business policies to prevent future consumers from going through the same lies and deceit I have been dealing with from JustFab. Please people support your local businesses. Kimora doesn't need any more
money and especially not free money from screwing over consumers who follow her terms of service in cancellling their accounts.
