Most efficient refinance ever

I had the pleasure of working with Haruka Kitahara on an incredibly seamless and efficient refinance over the holidays - funded 1 month after we locked in rates! Haruka was detail oriented and responsive from the start, providing daily updates on rates,
and from the minute I said go, he made sure I understood exactly what was required. We were concerned that there might be delays given people being out over the holidays (I wanted to start the new year with a new loan) but Haruka stayed on top of things to
make sure there were no delays. I cost compared rates with prior lenders and others and while Journey Financials rates were equal or better, it was really Haruka's responsiveness that made me go with Journey Financial. Even after the loan was closed and he
