Hello. Thank you so much for my new roof. You guys did a beautiful job.
Please feel free to share this letter with potential clients as a letter of recommendation; they can contact me if they'd like.
I got a list of recommended roofers, five or six of them never called back, two of them gave me estimates, one was you (another called two weeks later after the new roof was finished!). Your price was much better for the same product, and you guys seemed trustworthy and easy to work with, so we went with you guys.
You were able to start right away, took care of all the permits, inspection, and that kind of stuff, showed up when you said you would, cleaned up after yourselves, took care not to damage any property including plants, always addressed any questions or comments I had whith a supervisor who was always around, were always available to me by phone, kept all your promises, and finished when you said you would.
Over all, dealing with you all could not have been better.
