I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO BOTH RETURNS AND SUPPORT AT JEWELRYMAX.NET. I FOLLOWED THEIR WRITTEN POLICY IN CANCELING WITHIN 1 HOUR AFTER ORDER, IF CHANGED MIND ABOUT THE ORDER. I ORDERED AT 6:01PM AND CANCELLED ORDER AT 6:32 PM PER WRITTEN POLICY DESCRIBED ON WWW.JEWELRYMAX.NET'S WEBSITE. HOWEVER; THEY WILL NOT CANCEL ORDER. IN FACT THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO NUMEROUS EMAILS I HAVE SENT LAST NIGHT AND TODAY. I HAVE NOW RECEIVED A SHIPPING NOTICE THAT ORDER IS BEING SENT TO ME MINUS ONE PIECE THAT THEY HAD RUN OUT OF. THEY NOTIFIED ME THEY WILL KEEP THE APPROX $6.80 AND APPLY TOWARDS MY NEXT ORDER. THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT ORDER AS I FIND THEM DISHONEST. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL AN ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPPING AS THEY DO NOT LIST A PHONE. THEIR POLICY STATES ONCE IT IS SHIPPED THERE WILL BE A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE. THIS IS VERY DECEPTIVE ON THEIR PART...THERE IS NO LIVE PERSON THAT WILL RESPOND TO EMAILS OR A PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON. AND THEY DO NOT ADHERE TO THEIR WRITTEN POLICIES. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
