I am very disappointed with the 'customer service' afforded me by this company. Initially I was impressed with the friendliness and knowledge shown by the store manager. However, as soon as an issue arose her availability diminished. Calls were not returned.The switchboard number for their NY office advises that if you have a 'customer service issue' to take it up with the store directly. When I was able to obtain the direct number to the District Manager, his voice mail advised that calls would be returned within 24 hours. 3 days later I am still waiting.
