My husband and I recently booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas using Jadd Fong Travel in May. The service was exemplary! All required information was sent in a timely fashion and the customer service was superb. Hence, my husband and I did not experience any glitches and we had a fantastic time.
