I got a Invicta model#5075 watch in June 2009,In Sept 2009 it stopped working took to a local watch repair man,He said the movement was all messed up,Invicta says they have a 1 year Warranty ( LOL what a joke has to pay $25 for warranty work )I sent the watch in Oct 2009 said 8 to 10 weeks to fix,Received watch back in Jan 2010 watch was NEVER fix came back still broken Plus they scratched the back of my new watch all up,Now starts the real fun I had to call them over & over again the week I received the watch back all they did was hang up on me ALL the time,I called them 30 times one Day,I finally got some one to talk to me after I told them I would just get a hold of the BBB,So they told me to send the watch back again Jan 11/2010)& they would fix it,well this went around & around I kept asking about my watch & it was always some thing else then finally in April they told me they sent the watch to Switzerland for repair ( This is not true at all)So what it comes down to is I just received the watch back today 05/28/2010 they had it for over 20 weeks this time,They never fixed it again & didn't replace the back case plate they scratched up like they said they would So all they did was hold on to my watch till the warranty run out and they sent it back to me I believe some looked at it the first time it was sent back,They saw the movement was no good so they just played games with me for the next 9 month waiting for the warranty to run out so they would not have to replace this watch,So I call today 05/28/2010 as soon as I opened the box & saw they never fixed after all this time.40 calls today they hang up on me every time after they got my Case number this place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life,Boy do I wish I still lived in Florida I would be returning the piece of just in person.
