Not worth buying the watch
|
Unfortunately I had to send a watch in for a repair - which I was told was a "movement" problem and that it was to be sent overseas for repair. I have called the service no less that 4 times in the past several months - each time getting a different answer about when the watch would be returned. I was told in May that the watch would be shipped to my on 6/27. Today is 7/10 & I called AGAIN only to hear a completely different story about the watch and that the shipment has been delayed - and of course now a completely different time estimate.
I am actually fine waiting for the watch, if the information that I received was consistent. But I cant seem to get a straight story out of anyone & guaranteed if I call back again, I will get a different answer.
