Invicta Watch Custome Service From Hell
|
I purchased two Baby Lupas, both watches went bad back to back in less then a years from purchase. I sent both watches in with a 25.00 money order. Little did I know they had a price increase. Okay, so now I owe them $3.00 for one watch and 28.00 for the other. I call a couple of weeks into this and ask about my watches.
I'm told there is a balance that needs to be paid. Okay, I pay. Guess what? They never process the payment so it falls off at my bank. When I call back in a couple of weeks to find out where my watches are, I'm told again there is a balance to be paid before they ship my repaired watches. Okayyy lets do this again, I pay in full I check at bank the payment goes through. I call the very next day to ask if they are shipped, and OMG! the same customer service rep Irwin is on the phone saying there is a balance due. I hit the roof! Now he is trying to tell me there is a charge for a crystal. There was not a thing wrong with either crystal, although one watch did have condensation under the crystal. The watches just stopped working. I have 5 year warranty on both watches and they are about nine months old when both break down.
I send off an email, and get back the response that my watches are being worked on it can take 90days to get them back. ARE YOU SERIOUS! 90days! It's a fricken watch not a Rolls Royce being built from scratch. I tell them I'm going to call the Attorney General on them I think they are doing something wrong there. I get an email saying my watches will be returned without being repaired. How about that for BS without the bull. Will keep you posted on what happens from here, But I can tell you this much Invicta watches and ShopNBC can forget about me as customer.
By the way check out the closed captioning on ShopNBC. I know closed captioning can mangle the translations of some words, but what is going across the screen on that station is downright cryptic and scary. It's been that way for months. Why the FCC has not stepped in is another mystery.
