They dont do what they say and then they dont answer

Elliot and Victor Solomon both handle things very unprofessionally. Investment Property Services for LA does not handle money, deadlines, or contractors well, and the complete lack of communication and breach of contract make me wonder how anyone can work
with them. I hope They make things right but at this point I am doing what I can to help other people not make the same mistake i did in doing business with them. ISP4LA.com is their site and they list Victor's phone # and Elliot's email. My business with
them was in August 2013, they failed to complete our agreement and have been avoiding every attempt to call and text that I make. Elliot was my contact, Victor was the backup. Neither are responding to phone email or text and its been over a month since I
completed my part of the contract. They have completely dropped the ball and I dont expect they will make good on their end unless I take them to court and waste more of my time doing so.
