whirlwind of information

The beginning of the process was a whirlwind of information and at times could be quite overwhelming. That beings aid I am glad we stuck with it and look forward to seeing the rewards from all the changes we implemented. They really took the initiative working with our staff and doing whatever they could to help us train up in areas that needed it. We have installed numerous new policies at ISI’s behest and we are already seeing many positive changes because of it. I am hoping within a few quarters we will have recouped the investment we made with the process.
