Great customer service - Team Integy

Hi,
You only hear about problems so I thought I would mention some great service I have received from Integy (Bill at tech support).
My suspension kit was missing a couple of hardware parts. Although it took awhile to get a response from Integy(email), they quickly sent out the replacement items with no questions asked.
I also bought a used iRock that was in great shape but hadn't been used much and was from the batch of them as open box. The price was significantly lower but it's basically brand new, I guess it was just a previous return from somebody. Integy really takes good care of customers like me.
Kudos to Bill and Integy. These types of actions will make my next car purchase be an Integy.
