DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I was very unhappy with the quality of service and goods. My wedding was Saturday. I was off of work getting everything ready Thursday and friday.. Thursday they send me an email stating they wanted to deliver the chairs and tables early.. THEY DID NOT CALL. So I had no idea they wanted to do this... Friday was the delivery time between 8am and 5pm wow what a waste of my entire day.. to top it off they did not show up till 8pm that night... they dropped them off and left with out a word.. So we set them up till 10pm and durring set up we found 2 of them broken and 3 were missing we called them immediately left over a 1/2 dozen messages for replacements.Finally they called back and they said they would deliver them the day of my wedding my 10:30 am ... they did not arrive till almost 11am. Thank goodness my wedding was at 3pm. When we called them back to complain and wanted so sort of compensation to pay for the labor we had to hire ( another rental company ) Scott ( the manager) yelled at my wedding planner telling her we broke the chairs and he was doing nothing about it. I guess 170 chairs and 26 tables was not a big enough order to make it a priorty on his list to be sure we were happy... I have never had such horrible service... I work in customer service and Scott would be fired if he had treated any of my customers the way i was treated. No returned calls, no appology and NO RESPECT.
