AWFUL!
I will never be doing service with this company again! My experience with their online ordering was awful. With that being said it sounds like this place does exist so maybe you can go into their location and have a better experience. I ordered an in stock
item the first week of March. Shipping says 24-48 hours. I waited about two weeks before complaining, their response was the item was out of stock, this would have been acceptable if they would have told me this right away instead of charging me the second
I submitted my order. I called them so many times, all the while getting the run around and finally on April 1, they emailed me a shipping confirmation number after I had called for a third time. My tracking information never updated and although it was priority
mail 2 day shipping I sitll had not gotten the package three days later. I called AGAIN, they said they were shipping me a new one because the Post Office lost it. I told them since it was two day shipping they had two days to get it back to me or I was getting
a refund. Needless to say two days later still no package. I called again, at this point its about the seventh time I've called them asking where my lace is that I ordered over 4 weeks ago and as usual talk to someone different. They have no explanation for
why I don't have it and refund me "just this one time". Refunding me is the only reason I gave them 1 star. How is it even a question that I should get my money back when an in stock item still hasnt been recieved over four weeks later?!? I even emailed the
Post office about a never delivered package, here is their response: "Our records indicate that your item has not arrived to the local post office in Walnut California. We acknowledge that the item did have the electronic shipping information received in California,
which is a computer generated event indicating that the shipper generated the shipping label. However there is no “Accepted / Picked Up” at Local Post Office scan which is a physical scan of the item when it is submitted to the US Postal Service for shipment.
The USPS time limit and delivery standards start when the item is placed into the hands of the accepting office. The absence of this scan shows the item has not been dropped off or placed into the USPS delivery system at this time. You may want to contact
the vendor as to its location, it may have been delayed being dispatched to the local office." They never actually shipped my package. Save yourself the misery, if it's too good to be true it is. You're never going to get your stuff and I wish I would have
read these reviews before I ordered from them.
