I had a problem with shifting from park in my Dodge Durango on Wed. Jan 21. I had my truck towed to HB Dodge, because that is where I bought it. They said they would call me about it and they didn't. I had to call them. The problem was Shift Lock part was broken and I was told these never break. They would orfer the part, the cost to me to fix it would be $375.00. I said ok, but the next day they never called me. I did call them and they said the part did not come in. Maybe Friday. Friday I called because they did not call me and the part was still not in. I've been with out a car to drive for two days and need one to use. They don't loan cars, but I could go to Enterprise and rent one using their discount. Sat I went an rented a car. On Monday the part came in after I had to call about it. I was told the car would be done about noon. I would return the rental and pick up my truck that night. But I did get a call in the afternoon saying the part was changed and for them to install it it would be an additional $125.00. So now I have and additional amount with the part and have to keep the rental another day. It is now Tuesday at 11:00am and I have not heard from them. I don't how how much this is going to cost me or if I will get the truck today. I've left messages with the Sevice Manager twice and he has not called me back. I think they have horrible customer service. I wasn't really happy with them when I bought the truck, and have had to many problems with my Dodge since I bought it.
