I purchased 3 cars at Honda World, in less then 2 months. on my 2011 honda civic the tire was flat 3days later and i was stranded in the middle of the night not knowing what to do i put in fix a flat and took the car right away to the service dept. they claimed they repaired the tire. so i drove home and the next moring the tire was flat again. i drove the car from service to my house and did not drive anywhere else.
my daughter has a 2010 honda civic and there were a couple of problems with it and had a hard time with the service dept doing the repairs.
prior to purschasing the 3 Hondas, my duaghter had another honda civic and when speaking with oscar in service he lost my keys which i had to pay $120 for a replacement key for my apt. one year later oscar found the keys.
and now there are problems with J.J. manager in service and they had a meeting and said they no longer want to service my cars as well as they want us to return all my cars. what is that suposed to my family with. we need our cars to get to work. what is it that i have to do. i want this to be taken care of.
