Since I always check the BBB before making any online purchase, I was somewhat apprehensive about this company. The "F" rating was a huge red flag, but since they were the only company that manufactured the product I wanted, I called them for more info. They gave me a dozen references, and even directed me to some furniture stores in my area that carry their line so I could look over the product before I purchased. They are a huge outfit, and manufacture for all the majors; their online site is really geared to resellers, but they do sell direct. My experience was great. They delivered on time, and the vanity was gorgeous. They explained that they sell hundreds of vanities a week, and they have thousands of customers. The "F" rating was due to them simply not replying to the BBB inquires, and said that customer problems are handled directly with their customers, not through third parties or public forums. I can understand their position, and just wanted to post this review for the benefit of anyone interested in hearing about my experience. I would have to give them an 'A".
