A superior product and superlative customer service

I had the very good fortune to do business with HistoricalNames.com recently. They were able to, on very short notice (literally two weeks) send my father a very nicely framed coat-of-arms that was delivered yesterday, in time for his 86th birthday, even though their lead time is a minimum of 90 days. Not being able to complete the hand-painted coat-of-arms within that short period of time, they sent a very nice print coat-of-arms mounted in the frame, until such time as the artist was able to complete the hand-painted rendering (which was today). That follow-on item was shipped today at no additional expense to me.
Over the past number of years, I've become cynical about representations from businesses making promises they either couldn't or never intended to keep. HistoricalNames.com exceeded all my expectations, producing and delivering an heirloom quality product to my father and made an already special day all the more enjoyable and memorable. This business demonstrates the very highest degree of integrity, customer service and craftsmanship. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am already planning my next purchase from them.
