NOTE TO READER: We’re talking about two rings that were delivered well over three months ago – and well within the time we quote… and she’s complaining about not receiving something we offered her for free? The order was shipped overnight and the reason it was not in time for her event was due entirely to a FedEx weather delay exception – evidence of which was provided to the customer with an overabundance of empathy (it wasn’t just “sorry” – notice how her intentional slant mischaracterizes everything) and a gesture goodwill (two free hand-stitched embroideries which are still in production) but certainly not fault. So… her Headline to God and the entire world is that we’re not dependable (notwithstanding the hundreds of extremely positive reviews going back nearly 15 years - here and on other public review sites) because FedEx was late. Is that right?
