matthew thompson with hlp took the reigns after some handling issues created confusion and caused regressive action. thompson resubmitted my claim for a slightly different program that was more appropriate the one previously considered resulting in complete dismissal of nearly $60k in debt prompting a boost in my credit score and removing a heavy weight from my shoulders as i would likely never, ever be able to pay off the debt given new life conditions that came about in the last few years. i and my new family will benefit from his and hlp's work for many years. i and we deeply appreciate everything thompson and hlp have done.
