I had to complete a legal agreement and needed a California grant deed right away. For a total of about $30 (roughly $15 to join the monthly subscription and $15 for the deed) I was able to instantly download the critical document. Yes, that is more than I would like to pay for a single deed, but there was no time to wait weeks for the County Recorder. I really liked that when I signed up I was able to uncheck the "Automatic Renewal" box so I don't think they will charge me for another month. Seems like an honest way to do business (other companies essentially trick you into accidentally renewing every month when you don't want to). Highly recommended, especially if you are in a pinch!
