This company isn't what they say they are. They charged 495.00 for a loan modification. They said they contacted and filled out papers for my loan. I did what they wanted, signed and sent back. Never heard anything, contacted the mortgage myself to find out that they never sent anything to them to even start the process. Not to mention you call and call and all you get in a message machine and your calls are not returned. I believe this a scam. In these troubling times where money is tight. You want to believe that there are good people out there that want to help. But all you get it taken. If you don't want to loose your money, than don't go with these people.
